About
Dr Chae Rose is a Lecturer in Psychology at James Cook University. He completed his PhD at Queensland University of Technology under the external supervision of Dr Beth Hardie, where his research examined speeding behaviour through the framework of Situational Action Theory (SAT). His recent research focuses on methods for testing SAT’s principle of the conditional relevance of controls, including structural equation modelling, Generalised Additive Models (GAMs), and simulation-based analyses. He is also co-founder of SATDASH with Dr Beth Hardie, an ongoing initiative designed to support cumulative SAT scholarship through the SAT Living Review and open-access research and educational resources.
